On average 2–5 weeks depending on the rarity and quarantine schedule. We give you a precise estimate after the initial review.

For most plants we handle all necessary permits and fees within the quoted price. If a special CITES permit is required, we quote that transparently upfront.

Every specimen we dispatch is protected for one full month after it reaches you. If a plant arrives damaged or shows signs of decline within that window, we send a healthy replacement or refund the full purchase price — whichever you prefer.

Our network respects international trade laws. We only operate in countries where legal export is possible and verified, so you always receive a compliant specimen.
